FTP "get" failure

I have a customer who, after setting up automatic firmware updates on a 7845, receives a confirmation report showing Failed, Module 140/14, FTP "get" failure. I had the client add Google's DNS of 8.8.8.8 to the DNS list, but it still prints the report with this error. Does the error have anything to do with the Directory Path of 7845-55, or the FTP site being temporarily inaccessible? Thank you.
