Purpose

This Patch is ONLY intended for the specific problem identified below:

Workflow scanning fails when filing into Microsft Distributed File System (DFS). The WorkCentre does not properly handle the DFS response.

Save the files to a convenient location at your workstation and unzip the files if necessary.

1. From a Web browser, enter the Xerox device’s IP address to access the Web UI.
2. Go to Properties> General Setup> Machine Software> Manual Upgrade.
3. Press [Browse] to locate the software file.
4. Press [Install Software]Software Installation will begin several minutes after the software file has been submitted to the machine. The installation progress can be monitored from the Local UI. When installation completes, the Network Controller version shown on the printed Configuration Report will be appended with smb732569v1.
   
   Note: If the patch needs to be uninstalled, repeat the upgrade process using the uninstall file smb732569v1_un.dlm
