Upgrade from CK v1 to v1.5

The v1 to v1.5 upgrade always has agents and analysts worried. How we preform this task is in 2 steps.

Step 1) Your device checks into the upgrade server and polls for spar 071.xxx.034.06000
Once the device has pulled down the SPAR it is then upgraded.

Step 2) The next time your device checks in it pulls 072.xxx.004.0910x
This is the first general release v1.5 firmware. From this version your device will be upgraded to the latest stable SPAR.
